Maybe you understand your patterns, know what you should do, and have spent a lot of time trying to figure yourself out, but still find yourself overthinking, second-guessing yourself, struggling with boundaries, or feeling stuck in the same cycles.

I’m passionate about working with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, grief, self-worth, boundaries, life transitions, and difficult or traumatic experiences. I also enjoy working with clients who are highly self-aware but still feel stuck in patterns they want to change.

You don’t have to wait until things feel completely overwhelming.

Whether you’re struggling with something specific or simply know you don’t
want to keep feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to start.

I believe therapy should be a warm, comfortable space where you can show up as yourself
without having to have everything
figured out first.
 

The best therapy comes from a genuine connection, where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.
